If the system is now irreplaceable for complex anatomies such as adult congenital heart disease, it is also fantastic in atrial tachycardia and AVNRT ablation in cases of catheter instability at the slow pathway site.
When the greats reciprocate your admiration, you know you’ve done something right. An internationally acclaimed EP, Professor Nadir Saoudi has pioneered several cardiology procedures in his 30+ year career, including publishing the world’s first atrial flutter treatment by catheter ablation. Along the way, he’s published over 200 research articles, 275 abstracts and two books, and even been awarded the French Legion of Honor. And he calls our capabilities irreplaceable! Before retiring from leading the cardiology unit at Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace in Monaco since 2001, Prof. Saoudi brought our robotic magnetic navigation system to the EP program, becoming the first in the country to do so. “To sit facing the screen while controlling a radio frequency ablation procedure has long been the impossible dream for EPs of my generation,” he says. “This is now available on a daily basis, with efficacy and safety, using Stereotaxis technology.”
“The constant and brilliant research of the company has allowed indirect criteria to be individualized, which are easily applicable and valuable for everyday procedures,” he continues. “If the system is now irreplaceable for complex anatomies such as adult congenital heart disease, it is also fantastic in atrial tachycardia and AVNRT ablation in cases of catheter instability at the slow pathway site.”
Thanks for the endorsement, Prof. Saoudi… it means a lot coming from you!
